Located near the Performing Arts Center. Valet parking available. Charming old building with a great lobby and restaurant. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Complimentary car service within a 2.5 miles radius.

Tidy room, a hairdryer and robes in the room. Absolutely perfect and excellent location, within walking distance of an indoor arena. Also - near to the best restaurants in LODO, Larimer Square, the train station, and Larimer Street and other attractions.

Internet connection was weak.

Nothing is perfect.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated near a vibrant restaurant district and close to theaters. The complimentary car service was a fantastic bonus, making transportation a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The room decoration was impressive, and they had good heating that kept us warm during the Christmas holiday. The view was nice since it was overlooking the city center where we could see the holiday light decorations. The location was convenient for catching my flight, and the shuttle service was an excellent plus.

Although the room service menu seemed impressive, the food wasn't that great, and they made a mistake with my order, which was not fixed. Also, the room was a bit small for the money spent- the bathroom was tiny, and the bed was not too comfortable. The noise from the adjacent rooms and hallways disrupted our sleep, resulting in restless nights.
